View our more of our residential experience here: Residential Case Studies Bowman Riley Architects has designed a new four/five bedroom detached family house on 0.296 acres on land to the rear of 20 Victoria Avenue currently occupied by a garden in Westbourne Drive, Menston.Working with Irwell Valley Housing, they took over the management and lease of four apartments to be furnished for short-term lets.Yololets needed support with the furniture and fit-out of the apartments.Up to six additional storeys will be added to these buildings The development introduces three new residential blocks across the site masterplan including a 27 storey tower (the tallest outside of Media City), a large H plan block and a smaller building with an active street frontage resulting in 759 apartments.As part of the masterplan, the new and refurbished structures will be integrated within a new landscaping scheme linked with a network of new and upgraded pedestrian and traffic routes.The underlying geometric patterns is complimented by blown glass and metallic mirrored features.
The lounge area was designed for comfort with an l-shaped sofa besides a side table with mud glossy lacquered top and a metal base finish. In the bedroom, surface mounted mouldings create a geometrical pattern using neon wire artwork and wall lights in matt black steel with back panel in satin marble.
The whole of the ground floor will be dedicated to meeting facilities with nine meeting rooms including a mediation suite.
The mediation suite includes the provision of two large meeting rooms that will have state of the art ‘click & view’ facilities as well as access to additional breakout rooms.
