New participants are encouraged to attend a scheduled Adult Come Try Ringette session.Prior to game start-up, RNS will schedule 1-3 Adult Learn to Play sessions to introduce ring skills, work on rusty skating skills, and outline some key principles of the game in preparation for loop play.

DATE NIGHT for spouses who are looking for a Co-ED activity to participate in together and any singletons looking to get back onto the ice in a fun, no pressure atmosphere.

Season starts after Thanksgiving and runs until the first week in March.

Home games are played Mondays @ 8pm at the Eastern Shore Arena in Musquodoboit Harbour.

A pre-game warm-up followed by 40 minutes of playing time per session over approximately 6 weeks. Fee includes: RNS and Ringette Canada insurance and membership fees, ice costs, and jersey rental.
