DBT Skills Groups Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) is designed to for people who experience mood disorders in addition to those who need assistance to change patterns of behavior that are not working for them, such as self-harm, suicidal ideation, and substance abuse.
Group members will learn about mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness skills, will be introduced to diary cards and behavioral chain analysis forms.
